High Capacity Series Compression Testing Machines
High capacity series machines are designed to meet the demands of testing high strength concrete specimens in a production testing program where accurate and repeatable test results are required. They exceed both ACI and ASTM requirements for frame rigidity and accuracy, making them ideal for commercial testing laboratories that commonly test a wide variety of specimen types.
Available in three capacities of:
- CM-6000 Series – 600,000 lbs. (2,668 kN)
- CM-8000 Series – 800,000 lbs. (3,559 kN)
- CM-1000 Series – 1,000,000 lbs. (4,448 kN)
CM-30 Series
30,000 lbs. (133.5 kN) Capacity
The CM-30 Series was designed for testing low strength samples where accuracy and maintaining required load pacing rates is an essential part of the testing procedure.
- Compact design requires minimal floor space.
- Test concrete beams with greater control of load pacing rates.
Available in two model styles; as a complete free standing machine or as an auxiliary load frame coupled to a higher capacity compression testing machine.
CM-0100 Series
Cube Compression Testing
